Take a break.

In this corner of the garden, there is a small bench, a rocking chair, and a tape player.

If you want to, you can sit down and turn on the tape player. It contains a mixtape full of calming music from a number of different video games.

There may be a number of reasons you're here - both in the garden and online in general. Maybe you're bored and looking for something to do. Maybe you're scared and looking for distraction. Maybe you're numb and looking to feel something, anything at all. Maybe you're even just happy, and having a good time.

No matter what, it's always good to check in with yourself sometimes, even when you're feeling well. Here are some things you can do to get grounded.

Do some deep breathing. You can follow along with the gif below, or use your own breathing techniques if you have any.

Make sure you drink some water, or some other nearby beverage (alcohol not reccommended).

If it's been more than 4 hours since you last ate, get yourself some kind of snack. Anything will do - it doesn't have to be "healthy".

Make sure to stretch if you havent for a while - there are some good ones listed below.

Do some eye stretches; especially if you've been staring at a screen for a while. There are some good ones below.
